" A truly unique opportunity to own a piece of history within this stunning Georgian mansion, originally built for the Rt Hon William Drake MP by Stiff Leadbetter and renowned architect, Robert Adam between 1758 - 1764. Until the Second World War, Shardeloes remained as the ancestral residence of the Tyrwhitt-Drake family and was then requisitioned as a maternity hospital. In the 1970โ€˜s the building underwent a comprehensive renovation into luxury apartments, as it stands today.
