" A rare to the market three bedroom chalet bungalow with detached one bedroom annex.

The property is well presented and incredibly deceptive. There are both steps and a ramp up to the front door which leads in to a good size hallway. The bright and airy kitchen/breakfast room has integrated appliances and a range cooker. The utility has space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large dining room, currently used as a craft room, hosts the stairs leading up to the first floor. There is also a living room with a fireplace (currently has no gas supply) which leads through to the beautiful conservatory with French doors to the sunny garden. Also on the ground floor is a modern shower room and a double bedroom with storage. Upstairs offers a single bedroom to the front and a large master bedroom with a modern ensuite shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking for 5 - 6 cars and a good-sized paved garden with two workshops/sheds.

There is also a detached one bedroom annex (photos to follow) that was converted from a double garage in 2001. Excellent schooling is provided locally with a good choice of private and state schools close by including grammar schools in High Wycombe and Aylesbury.
There is access to the M40 motorway for London and the Midlands just 6 miles away (J6) and Princes Risborough station offers an excellent main line rail service to London (Marylebone - 35 minutes) and the Midlands.
