" Located within only a short walk of Godalming town centre and main line station, is this modern and beautifully presented three bedroom semi detached home. Originally designed as the Show Home for the development which was built in 1991, this property offers a larger than average floor area.

Situated in an elevated position in the corner of a quiet and highly desirable cul de sac, the property offers a contemporary layout with a light and spacious feel throughout.
