" An ideal first time buy or investment property offered to the market with no onward chain. Located close to the town of Petersfield and the mainline railway station. A galleried top floor apartment which is different compared to a lot of the apartments in Petersfield in the respect that the property has two floors, creating that feeling of extra space.The windows are due to be replaced with double glazing keeping the heat in and the noise out, a benefit to a property situated so close to the town. The kitchen has been replaced and is ideal for cooking and preparing meals and there is space to set up a table in the living room. The property comes with allocated parking which is an added bonus for a property located so close to the town. The property is beautifully presented and the current owners are willing to leave the furnishings which is an added cost saving. The apartment offers a lot of storage too with cupboards in the hallway, lounge and bedroom, and ample storage in the loft. The place is lovely and bright as it has quite a few big windows.

Meon Close is the first property that we bought, and it was important for us to get the most for our money. When we walked into the property we loved its quirkiness, it was great having the two stories with a good size bedroom. We found this apartment offered a lot of storage in comparison to the other properties we had seen. We both work in the town centre so being able to walk to work and leave the car at home is a real bonus. We have made a few changes to the property since we have been here by putting a new bathroom in and changing the kitchen to make the most of the space.
