" 23 Valentines Lea is a three bedroom semi-detached house that offers good accommodation. This includes a 22' Sitting Room with an open fireplace and sliding patio doors into a Conservatory. There is a Kitchen with fitted appliances and a ground floor Cloakroom. There are three bedrooms to the first floor and a bathroom. Other features include partial double glazing and an oil fired heating system
