" A bright and deceptively spacious semi-detached character home offering accommodation across four floors where a double storey side return extension has created excellent entertaining space. On entering the home you enter through the porch into a double reception room with an abundance of natural light, and wooden floorboards. There is a second reception room, which can also be used as a fourth bedroom.
Downstairs there is an inviting modern kitchen dining area with French doors leading out to the garden. There is a separate toilet and shower room off of the kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor, and the master bedroom with double aspect windows is located on the top floor.

Situation
The property is situated on a sought after no through road, on the west side of Haslemere and occupies an elevated position close to National trust land with extensive walking and cycling routes. Shops, amenities, excellent schools and the station are all within walking distance. Haslemere Town is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth Road or via the mainline station to London Waterloo. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is also renowned for its beautiful countryside, which includes many walks and bridleways. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead, together with racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
