" Situated in picturesque Ash Green can be found this little gem of a property, one which offers good accommodation to the ground floor and scope for extension and some updating, subject to all the necessary planning consents. Both double bedrooms are located to the front of this house and both benefit from having a large bay window which allows ample natural light to flood into the rooms. Bedroom one is slightly larger and is used as the master whilst bedroom two makes for an ideal guest room. Both have ample power points and are heated as with the rest of the house using the gas fired central heating and radiators. The family bathroom is both large and modern and consists of a large Jacuzzi bath, a large shower, w.c. wash hand basin, airing cupboard also housing the boiler, extractor fan and an obscured double glazed window. The size is impressive and there is a range of storage drawers, a lit wall mirrored cabinet and a heated towel rail as well as a radiator. The walls are fully tiled and there is carpet to the floor. A door leads to the inner hall giving access to the dining room. This is another well proportioned room and easily accommodates the usual dining room furniture. A large archway goes through to the sitting room. Here can be found a stone fireplace which currently houses an electric coal effect fan assisted fire. Another sizeable room it is well aired and spacious having a large patio door giving excellent views of the garden and leading out to the patio which makes another ideal entertaining space for outdoor eating. Point to note is that cabling for cable TV/broadband is available in the sitting room as well as the two bedrooms and the hobby area. A modern kitchen has been installed in recent years and comprises of base and wall mounted storage cupboards, space for a dishwasher and washing machine and fridge/freezer. The breakfast bar is further complimented by another pull out table top ideally disguised as another drawer. The floor is tiled as are the splashbacks. A four ring gas hob is located in the corner and has a powerful extractor hood above. This is further complimented by an electric double oven and grill. There is a lovely 1 1/2 stainless steel sink and drainer with a mixer tap under the window giving views to the side of the house. Finally a broom cupboard and larder make for excellent storage space. Also off the hallway can be found a cloakroom with w.c. and a stairway that leads to the first floor and a large landing area that currently houses a sofa bed (not included). This might be an ideal area for further extending this home as a doorway then leads into a very large area currently used as a hobby area and there is further storage into the eaves. There is scope to extend over the sitting room and kitchen (stpp). "
