" This spacious home enjoys a host of period features with flexible living space extending to over 2,800 sq. ft., arranged over three floors.   The property has been improved and extended during its current ownership and briefly the living space comprises a private side access into a lovely bright entrance with a glazed roof providing a flood of light. A wide, glazed door opens on to the rear courtyard and garden beyond, there is access to a cloakroom and double doors into an inner reception hall with staircase to the first floor. To the front of the property is an impressive 21 ft. reception room which occupies the full width of the house with a large stone fireplace and a wide splay bay window and door access to the street. The dining room measures 17โ€˜4 and enjoys views to the side courtyard and opens into a fantastic kitchen.
