" Cabot House is a very substantial family home located on an equally generous plot and is set pleasantly back from the Ashchurch Road behind mature trees. A driveway provides off-road parking for several vehicles and gives access to a double garage with electrically operated doors. The property provides a large and varied amount of family accommodation, briefly comprising reception hallway, large family kitchen diner, versatile office/study, separate dining room, sitting room, a very generous utility room and ground floor cloakroom.
