" Great fully furnished, end terraced house in sought after location.
This lovely house is neutrally decorated throughout with neutral coloured carpets and is ideal for a small family. Set within a very quiet estate of East Calder. Within walking distance to all local amenities.
Entrance to the property is via a private garden. Fully enclosed and very low maintenace with stoned and slabbed areas.
ENTRANCE HALLWAY with storage facility under the stairway.
KITCHEN is compact but fully equipped with fitted modern built in units and black worktops. Gas hob/oven, washer/dryer, and built in fridge and freezer. Ceramic flooring completes the room.
LOUNGE is a good size and bright with patio doors offering an abundance of light and access to the rear garden.
BATHROOM is completely ceramic tiled and with a 3 piece suite with power shower over the bath.
