" This Readerhouse on Leadale Avenue is a superb 3 bedroom semi detached family home. Leadale Avenue couldn't be more convenient for Chingford station and local shops and restaurants on Chingford Mount, there is a local Sainsbury's, Morrison's, banks, wine shops and various others.The house has excellent dimensions, certainly larger than your average. To the front there is off road parking on the driveway, On the ground floor there is 2 good sized reception rooms with a modern kitchen which has beautiful granite work tops then sliding doors on to a wonderful decking area leading down to lawn terrace. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, again with a new modern bathroom.

We had viewed a number of properties before we came across Leadale Avenue and compared to the majority of others that we had looked at the dimensions of this house were bigger and lots of additional features and had scope to have a family in. The property is really light and airy, and is in a great location to all the shops, local amenities and restaurants. The decking to the rear has been fantastic for summer months and has been used regularly for barbecues and all our family love sitting out there having al fresco dinners. We will have many happy memories here.
