" Crofts are bringing to market this mid-terraced first floor flat, located in the sort after village of Holton Le Clay, which offers enviable school catchment for both King Edward Grammar School and Toll Bar Academy. The property has a very modern feel to it especially the kitchen which has a good selection of modern fitted units with integrated appliances.
