" This 3 Bed Detached Bungalow is situated in a Cul-de-sac and has therefore no through traffic, the area is quiet and peaceful and is a short walk to the local shops and centre of Snaith. This small Market Town offers all the amenities you would need, such as a local supermarket, butcher, cafe's, hairdresser's, bakers, dentist, doctors and lets not forget the local pubs. The transport links are very good with the train station and public transport all close by, and of course the commuter links are excellent. All this offers you the lifestyle you are potentially looking for.

The Bungalow itself is spacious and immaculately maintained, with Gas Central Heating, UPVC Double Glazed, Detached Garage and a well-presented front and back garden. Let me take you on a tour. As you drive up to the Bungalow you see how well presented not only this bungalow is but the whole of Villa Fields. Park your car on the drive along with the other 2 should you need to. To the rear of the Bungalow are the 3 bedrooms, 2 Double and 1 single. Bedroom 1 has fitted wardrobes and is the largest of the three, Bedroom 2 overlooks the back garden and Bedroom 3 has Patio Doors leading to the garden and patio area.

The Detached Garage has power and lighting, with a roller door, There is also a side door and windows. Inside there is a work bench with power for the DIY expert of the house. There is plenty of room to park your car too and still have room for storage.
