" This is an opportunity to acquire a substantial Edwardian Terrace house with rear access for Off Road Parking and within walking distance of the town centre, with its shops and amenities. Rarely available in such a central location, the property boasts a good sized walled rear yard with a driveway from Sutton Street to this property, with ample vehicle parking and access to a detached garage / workshop.
