" This home has gone through a few changes which it has really benefited from and has given it the extra space it needed. Having a really spacious lounge/diner which leads to a modern fitted kitchen and then on to the conservatory that the owners had recently added. This is great for family get together and entertaining. Also having the option to keep the existing driveway at the rear for 2 cars or if parking is not important to you, you could move the fence back to the boundary to make the garden even bigger.
Being very well located for good transport links your are able to choose from 2 main line train stations, Bexley Village and Crayford stations, bus routes close by and only a short distance to the A2 and M25 motorway links.Offered in very good order throughout and ready to move into straight away without the worry of any improvements.

What the Owner says:

The location of the house is perfect for us as we love Bexley Village. The extensions our home has had makes it a great place to entertain, also adding the conservatory has given us an extra room, which we have made into our dining room, overlooking the garden. It is a 15 minute country walk to the train station which never becomes a chore and close enough to the A2 that you can't hear or see it, but can be on the M25 or at Bluewater Shopping centre in 10 minutes. Its proximity to the local Heath and woods is brilliant for us to take the dog for walks. This home holds an awful lot of wonderful memories for us and was the ideal place to start our family.
