" The owner has been very happy in this house for over thirty years and, bearing in mind its position, it is easy to see why. Not many houses can boast such a wonderful outlook; East Kent golf course with its lush green grass and well kept hedges is directly behind and there are views over the golf course from most rooms.The house itself has been well maintained, is double glazed and gas central heated, has an integral garage with electric operated door and could, we feel, be extended, subject to planning permission, to provide more accommodation for any growing family. As well as the golf course being on the doorstep, there are some good local parks, excellent local schools and Morrisons supermarket all within driving distance, as is the A2/M2 providing access to London, the Kent coast and Ebbsfleet international station.

I relocated to the Gravesend area in the 1970's and wasn't familiar with the surroundings. However, I really liked the location as you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet there are good local schools and lots of parkland and, of course, the house backs on to a golf course. It's a brilliant position and it makes the garden very peaceful and private.
