" You had better put your skates on if you want to be in with a chance here. I say this with a deep breath because quite honestly it is breath taking in every way. The location is wonderful. In a matter of minutes you can be on the M25 and on your way to Lakeside. In the other direction you can be on your way to Central London via Crayford train station. Right in the heart of Crayford is the new flagship stores for Sainsbury's which I hear is quite something special. So all in all your central to all things nice. If you have young ones then listen on. Haberdashers Aske's Academy is quite a hit in the area and is just a stones throw away and with their great reputation what better start in life could you give your children?When entering you will be hit from the start with a real positive feeling that this may well be the one. It's chic design is sure to put a smile on your face. Downstairs just has that little bit of extra space on the back with a separate utility room being away from the kitchen, having been extended on in the past.
The kitchen is certainly for the 'Jamie Oliver's' style person with its masses of chopping space and large amounts of storage space. The upstairs has a twist, there is 3 bedrooms 2 of them are double rooms and at present a females paradise of a large walk in wardrobe but technically bedroom 3. In total there are 2 WC's in the house - one in the bathroom which is thankfully upstairs and one off the utility room, which is great for when guests come over for those dinner parties.

I have lived in my property for approximately 10 years now. What really attracted me was the space on offer downstairs. The utility room just gave me the vision that I would have a lot more space in the kitchen. What I liked about upstairs was the size of the 3rd room as it's not your usual box room size.
I really did and still do like the road as your not exactly on top of your neighbours. but not far away from them either, so I don't feel claustrophobic here. I have done lots of work to my property including a rewire and pretty much decorated it from start to finish.
