" Tithe Farm is an impressive barn which was converted some twenty five years ago by the present owners into a delightful family home. Every care has been taken to preserve the character of the barns, there are some impressive exposed A frame trusses and in the living kitchen one of the original cow stalls can be found. The downstairs accommodation is particularly spacious with a large living kitchen, sitting room with inglenook and study. It should be noted that there is also a separate self contained annexe. There is potential to further develop the barn by infilling the cart entrance, subject to the appropriate consents and it being practical. Tithe Farm is located in the highly regarded West Leicestershire village of Congerstone. Congerstone lies in some of West Leicestershire's most attractive countryside several miles to the North of Market Bosworth. There is an excellent primary school on the edge of the village and more comprehensive amenities in Market Bosworth including a fine collection of shops and restaurants overlooking the Market Place and the Dixie Grammar School.
