" THE PROPERTY: In our opinion, this attractive Victorian style house affords deceivingly spacious accommodation, ideal for a young family. It has its own appealing rear garden plus the benefit of the wide open space of Dane Park at the end of the road. Internal inspection promises to reveal comfortable, well designed living space with a proper entrance hall leading to a fine mahogany stained spindle staircase, leading to the three bedrooms and upstairs bathroom. The delightful rear garden is decked and paved to minimalise maintenance, and provides an ideal setting for summer time alfresco dining. This desirable property also has mostly replacement double glazed windows and gas central heating throughout.
