" The position of this apartment is really flexible. There are two entrances as this building was built on the hillside, so this could be either a ground floor or first floor property. The apartment itself is well looked after and has a large open planned living and kitchen area. The living area is tastefully decorated and has a large window that offers pretty treetop views. This room then opens into a big kitchen area which has been fitted with modern wall and base units and has some integrated appliances and a breakfast bar. There are two good sized bedrooms, a hallway with large storage cupboard and a modern fitted bathroom. This home also benefits from central heating and double glazing. There is communal parking to the rear of the property for the residents of this building. The canal with its tree lined walks and the town centre with its shops, are only a short walk away from this apartment. Sainsburys are building a new store nearby and there is a lot of local 'buzz' about the creation of new local jobs and filling a niche within the shopping market.

What the Owner says:

"We love how close we are to the town and how easy it is to get to work! We bought this place as first time buyers as it was one of the biggest apartments available in our price range, the maintenance charge was fairly low in comparison to others and the lease was long.We have redecorated to our taste and modernised the kitchen and the bathroom. We just love the open aspect of our lounge and kitchen area as you look out and enjoy the views whilst cooking. We find it very light and airy.We are only looking to move as our family is growing and we now need a family home with a good sized garden."
