" This home is like 'The Tardis' as it is larger than it looks from the front, with a lot of good sized rooms forming the accommodation.

The lounge is situated at the front of the property and has a large bay window, which gives it that airy feel. There is also a large dining room, large modern kitchen with lots of cupboard space, a cloakroom and a large conservatory that backs onto the rear garden, making this a great family room.

There are two good sized bedrooms on the first floor, a family bathroom and a study with staircase that takes you to a third bedroom on the second floor. The views from the velux window to the rear are lovely.

The garden is large and has a double detached garage situated at the end of it. Access to the garage and parking, for up to four cars, is from Belcaire Close. You can certainly see why permission was granted all those years ago to build a bungalow within the grounds.

Ideal for families, Lympne is a pretty village with lots of scenic walks and history, castle, zoo park and good transport connections. Centrally located, this home is close to the local shop, post office and primary school.

This home needs to be viewed to be fully appreciated!

What the Owner says:

“We were pleasantly surprised at seeing how spacious this property was after we viewed it and could see the potential to make this our home. We have put our own stamp on the property; redecorated, updated the kitchen and bathroom and added the conservatory and we feel that we have made it homely whilst keeping the essence of the cottage. We would also like to let potential buyers know that planning permission was granted in the past to build a 2 bedroom bungalow within the grounds. This has since expired. We love the conservatory as it backs onto the lovely sized garden. This has been a brilliant family home with lovely neighbours, but now we are looking to move closer to Canterbury."
