The centrepiece of the property is the open fireplace, a true winters joy, breathing warmth from the downstairs through every room and up to the first floor.You can imagine sitting in the conservatory on a warm summers day, looking out into the garden, which will be great for those family barbeques. The current owners have re-fitted the kitchen and the family bathroom, redecorated and added an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, from where you have pleasant views across the North Downs.Such care and consideration in the constant upkeep of a property is rare, so to find one of this nature in a location so close to schools, shops and amenities presents an opportunity not to be missed. We will be sorry to leave our home as the community of Lympne welcomed us with open arms. What you will love about living in Lympne is you are within easy walking distance of the local pub, you are on the main bus route and there is easy access to the M20.We will miss sitting in front of our open fire and spending many a summer’s afternoon in our large garden. I am now going to have to invest in Marigold gloves as we can’t take our dishwasher with us.
