A four double bedroom detached house with a South facing garden situated in the sought after coastal village of Sandgate which offers an exclusive range of antique shops, restaurants, cosy pubs and fashionable bars. The property is within the catchment area of the popular Sandgate Primary School and there are grammar schools for both boys and girls. Folkestone West Train Station providing high speed services to central London in less than 1 hour is within a short distance of the property.
