I have owned this property for the last 24 years and during my time living here I can sincerely say I have enjoyed every minute. More recently I have let the property out but am now looking to assist my daughter in her first time purchase and am reluctantly placing the property on the market. The garage, throughout the years, has also proven to be a valuable asset. This property is almost as big as a house and it definitely has as much, if not more, storage space.
During the summer, there is nothing better than to sit out the front and enjoy the sunshine. When all is said and done I will be sorry to let this property go.
