" Page & Co are absolutely delighted to present to the market this superb 1950`s detached family home located at the end of one of South Canterbury`s most desirable roads. Lesley Avenue is tucked away off Cromwell Road, just a few minutes` walk to the Hospital and only a 15 minutes stroll to the City Centre. There are some superb schools close by including the Simon Langton Girls and Boys schools and the famous Kent County Cricket Ground is a short walk away. We have been told that the road has a wonderful sense of community and has a neighbourly and welcoming feel to it so we are sure that new owners will be made to feel at home right away.

The property itself presents an exciting opportunity for someone to create their forever home as whilst very well cared for by its previous owner, full refurbishment is now required. Occupying a generous plot at the end of the cul-de-sac, the property is perfect for garden lovers as it has a glorious rear garden laid to lawn which enjoys plenty of privacy.

The porch opens to a spacious entrance hall which leads to the kitchen at the rear and a spacious loungediner. The kitchen has a pantry cupboard and a side door out to the garden. The loungediner is a beautiful bright space with bay windows to the front and a glass door to the back, opening out to the garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms which benefit from built-in wardrobes, a single bedroom ideal for a child or for use as a study and a bathroom. The main bedroom is located at the front of the property and has wall to wall built-in wardrobes with hanging space and a lovely bay window whilst the second bedroom enjoys a beautiful outlook over the rear garden. The bathroom is a good size and currently has a suite consisting of a bath, wash basin and WC.

There is a pretty front garden which wraps around the side where there is a gate into the rear garden, there is also another gate the other side of the property providing side access. There is driveway parking for one car but there is potential to create further off-road parking and there is a garage.

This superb property would make a beautiful family home and must be viewed to fully appreciate its potential. Please call Page & Co to arrange your viewing.
