" A truly beautiful five bedroom Edwardian style detached family home which measures approximate 3,220 sq ft (299 sq m) set in a secluded location backing onto Neale's Field and in landscaped gardens measuring approximately 0.65 of an acre. There is a large driveway and a detached double garage.

This really is a beautiful five bedroom family home situated in the pretty village of Chipstead and along a country lane.  This home is not only well presented throughout but also has a great deal of charm and character including feature circular corner window.

As soon as you walk into the spacious entrance hall, you realise this is a rather special family home, and your eye is immediately drawn towards the extensive rear garden which backs onto Neale's Field.
