Situated on the Chipstead and Woodmansterne borders is this 1980's built four bedroom detached home.  Ideally located for commuters who yearn for the rural life, with countryside walks and The Rambler's Rest pub in close proximity, whilst being only half a mile from Chipstead mainline railway station and its connections to London.  The property also falls into the catchment of the sought after and OFSTED 'Outstanding' Chipstead Valley Primary School.
