We bought this flat nearly 5 years ago. We were attracted to the area - outside of central Croydon in a quiet neighbourhood -yet with good transport links for my daily commute into central London. It was the first property we viewed and we instantly fell in love with it - it had everything we were looking for. We have done a few improvements since moving in- replacing the bathroom and carpets last summer. We will be sad to leave, but hope that whoever buys it will enjoy living there as much as we did.
