Full description:
5a Grove Hill is a well presented Grade II Listed terraced cottage situated in the heart of the village within walking distance of shops, public houses and restaurants and the mainline railway station. Outside, to the front of the property there is a parking area providing off street parking with access to the single garage. The rear garden has a south westerly facing aspect and extends to approximately 35ft in depth, mainly laid to lawn, with a raised timber deck sun terrace to the immediate rear of the house and a further decked area to the rear of the garden.

Directions:
From Bishop's Stortford proceed in a northerly direction on the B1383 to Stansted Mountfitchet. Just before the petrol station on the left turn right in to Chapel Hill. Proceed down the hill and then turn left in to Lower Street. Bear right at the traffic lights in to Grove Hill and the property is located a short distance along on the left hand side. "
