" First thing's first: the important reassuring stuff: a 'new' roof just 6 years ago. Same with the kitchen and bathroom but more like 4/5 years ago. And a new drive approx 18 months ago. And so to other features: solid wood flooring to hall and both reception rooms; a charming and totally private pvc glass conservatory; wall to wall wardrobes to both double bedrooms and last but by no more least a gorgeous (and sunny) view immediately onto to Warwick Park...all good reasons to view....asap

So yes, much to look out for in this appealing and traditional three bedroomed semi detached house. And the entrance hall is a particularly welcoming feature with space for an under-the-stair piece of furniture and its attractive solid wood floor covering. Both reception rooms are of a sensible proportion with the front dining room having a deep bay window and the rear living room with a fireplace making a central focal point and with pvc doors to a conservatory. This is particularly private space where our client has enjoyed reading and coffee drinking especially in spring and summer. Private as the house has the benefit of Warwick Park immediately behind, private too from next door as the left hand side is constructed of brick up to shoulder height, and there's a great view onto the garden, (south east facing). The kitchen is great; galley style in design with ample base and wall units and built in appliances. The extra extra bonus is the separate utility room which gives access onto the garden too. Upstairs and you'll find three bedrooms, the smallest, as you can see, has been commandeered as the 'control centre'. Both double bedrooms are particularly impressive in size, in our view, given the wardrobe furniture which is in situ. (Look out for the view from the rear master bedroom). Locator This is, for those of you who are 'out of town buyers' and don't appreciate; one of the most popular residential areas at this price range in the CH49 postcode. For access to and indeed walking to primary and secondary schools, for a quick dart to the tunnel for work in the city via the motorway spur; for local super market shopping in Upton.
