Making your way along Leasowe Road from the lighthouse, the development will be found along the right hand side, and upon entering, Causeway House is the final block. The secure communal entrance leads into the hallway, where the stairs will take you up one flight to the first floor. This particular apartment sits to the front of the building, thus enjoying the views out to the coast. The internal hallway provides handy storage with space for hats, coats and the infamous Christmas tree boxes etc. Through into the main hub of the apartment, you'll find a tri purpose room; kitchen, diner and living spaces all in one. A great space to be enjoyed by you and yours. Over to the rear of the room is the kitchen area - fully equipped with integrated hob, oven and extractor, as well as space and plumbing for your washing machine. There's plenty of work top space here, which can also be used as a breakfast bar, along with a collection of fitted wall and base units - and the all important wine rack. Directly opposite the kitchen is the main living area which takes advantage of the coastal view.
