" This purpose built, two bedroom ground floor flat is situated in the quiet Bouvier Farm and benefits from pleasant views of the surrounding countryside and Boverton Brook. Designed and maintained as part of Wales and West Housing Association the property has a minimum age restriction of 60 and a resident warden. Briefly, the property comprises an entrance hallway, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is access to a laundry room and the property benefits from gas central heating. A service/maintenance charge per month assures the occupant that their needs are catered for.
