Full description:
Cambria is a fine, family house built in the mid 1960's in the popular cul-de-sac of Rose Lane, close to the centre of the sought after village of Great Chesterford. The property is of brick and block construction under a tiled roof and, subject to usual planning consents, is extremely extendable which would considerably enhance the accommodation. The spacious reception hallway links through to a good sized cloakroom, a sitting room with a yorkstone fireplace with oak mantel and display plinth and a dining room which overlooks the rear gardens and has a serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen has been fitted with an excellent range of base and wall cabinets, granite work surfaces and appliances include a gas hob, wall oven, microwave/grill, fitted dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor accommodation comprises 4 good sized bedrooms and a contemporary style bath/shower room. The current owner has recently installed a new boiler and water cylinder.
Outside, a front driveway provides parking for 2 vehicles and leads to the garage (32ft in length) with an up-and-over door and power and light connected. The front garden is laid to lawn and is well stocked with mature tree and shrub planting giving a high degree of privacy. Pathways lead round to the rear garden with an extensive terrace with dwarf brick wall surrounds, raised lawns, further mature tree and shrub planting and high hedgerow boundaries, again providing further privacy. Situated within the garden is a greenhouse, ornamental pond, a further shingle terrace and side garden. In all, the total plot extends to 90ft x 70ft.

Directions:
From Saffron Walden take the B184 towards The Chesterfords. Proceed straight over the roundabout by Little Chesterford and follow the road onto Great Chesterford. Take the left hand turn into the High Street and the turning to Rose Lane will be found on the left hand side. N.B.
