Our View

An opportunity to purchase a spacious executive style detached house which has the benefit of double glazing and an oil fired central heating system. From Whitehaven proceed along the A595 heading towards Egremont. At the roundabout at the bottom of Hospital Hill continue ahead and take the second right hand turning. Proceed up this road to the junction and turn left then first right where signposted for Sandwith. Continue up the road and turn left at the signpost for Sandwith. Continue into the village and the property can be found on the left hand side just after the Dog and Partridge public house.
