To the lounge area there are two radiators and two slide and sash double glazed windows. Bedroom two has fitted wardrobe with vanity, a double glazed window, radiator and telephone point. The shower room has a walk in shower cubicle with shower, wash hand basin and wc, a heated towel rail, downlights, a recessed cupboard which has plumbing for an automatic washing machine and a further recessed cupboard housing the gas fired combination boiler. Externally the property has an allocated parking space and the use of the communal courtyard seating area.
