" A three bedroom semi detached house with garden and garage. This furnished property is available for occupation September 2010 and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. Situated within this popular residential area on the fringe of the town, the accommodation is well placed for local schools, shops and services as well as travel to and from the major employment centres of the area. With a modern interior and furnishings to a high standard we recommended an internal inspection to appreciate the quality of accommodation on offer.

ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL: Telephone point, double glazed door and radiator.<br/>LOUNGE/DINER: Laminate wood floor, electric fire, television point, telephone point, two radiators and double glazed window. <br/>CONSERVATORY: Laminate wood floor, double glazed windows and double glazed patio doors.<br/>KITCHEN: Tiled floor, two double glazed windows, radiator, range of modern wall and base units, inset sink unit, gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, ladder radiator, double glazed door and pantry. <br/>CLOAKROOM: Tiled floor, double glazed window, W.C, wash hand basin.<br/>BATHROOM: Double glazed windows, ladder radiator, W.C, wash hand basin and bath with shower over,. <br/>BEDROOM: Double in size, double glazed window, radiator, laminate wood floor and satellite point.<br/>BEDROOM: Double in size, double glazed window, radiator and built in wardrobes.<br/>BEDROOM: Single in size, radiator and double glazed window.<br/><br/> EXTERNALLY Externally there are gardens to the rear, with a driveway at the front for two/three cars and garage that has power and water installed and houses the washing machine. FACILITIES Heating is by way of gas central heating with an electric fire in the lounge. DIRECTIONS Travelling North into Whitehaven on the A595 turn left into the entrance for The Highlands. Follow the road along and take the second turning left onto Burton High Close and the property can be found further along on the right hand side.
