" This 1930's built semi detached house has been in the same family ownership for over 50 years and now comes to the market with the benefit of vacant possession and no onward chain, presented in good order throughout but considered to require some cosmetic updating and boasting excellent extension potential subject to obtaining the necessary consents. A full width of property uPVC double glazed conservatory was added at the rear some 20 years ago creating an additional reception room and a utility area off the kitchen. A downstairs cloakroom was also added accessed from the entrance vestibule, the sizeable hallway is a feature of these houses and accesses all ground floor rooms, there is a bay fronted sitting room, a separate dining room and a kitchen fitted with a mid Oak range of units. On the first floor, the main bedroom is bay fronted, there are two further bedrooms, a coloured bathroom suite and a separate WC.
