" Extended 2-bedroom bungalow with high west-facing views over Mile Oak This road of uniform red brick and white render semi-detached bungalows topped with red roof tiling creates a cohesive look and a positive impression. On the west side number 84 has views from its sunny conservatory and raised decking area which include a glimpse of the Downs over back gardens and rooftops.

In More Detail The main entrance is reached down the shared side driveway. The lounge has been extended with the addition of a conservatory currently set up as a dining area. With French windows from the lounge into the conservatory and then again down to the garden the living space has been both substantially increased and enhanced while light laminate flooring throughout creates a good sense of flow. The kitchen is next to the lounge and is light and sunny too. Light wood-style units contrast with black marbled countertops that include a breakfast bar and slate-style flooring. The direct access out to the decking area greatly expands the space making full use of its west facing position.

Two double bedrooms facing east are perfect for morning light and look out to the sloping grass of the front garden with the second bedroom having a bay window. The bathroom comes fully white tiled with a distinctive stripe of red and with a shower above the bath with the W.C sitting separately. Outside there's a good sized rear garden that is mainly lawn and a small lawned front garden too. What The Owner Says 'Its a particularly quiet road to live with very nice neighbours. Buses, schools, the clinic and sports centre are all just a few minutes walk away yet the countryside by Foredown Tower can be reached readily too. High up in Mile Oak on a quiet loop of the road its a tucked away spot yet with an easy connection to the A27'. "
