" It is not often that we have a property that can honestly be described as "like a tardis", but this one really is the exception. Believe it or not there are five or six bedrooms, four on the first floor and two on the ground floor, with both a bathroom and a shower room. The extension downstairs gives you a pleasant lounge which opens on to the child friendly garden and there is a modern kitchen with adjoining dining room. The layout is really versatile and would suit a family that needs a granny annexe or a teenager annexe. You could even let out the spare rooms and give yourself a useful extra income. The garage is approached by an unshared driveway so you have room to park several cars, although there are currently no parking restrictions in this part of Woodingdean. With Happy Valley Park nearby and both Rudyard Kipling School and Longhill High Schools easily accessible, this spacious property will make a wonderful home for you and your family.

What the Owner says:

As soon as we saw this bungalow we knew it was going to be just right for us. It had plenty of space for our growing family and room for one of our parents to share our home with us.Happy Valley Park is nearby with access to the bridle path that links Ovingdean and Woodingdean. There are excellent local walks with plenty of space for our children to play and anyone with a dog with appreciate having the parkland nearby. The position is ideal for us - far enough away from the town centre to be quiet and having a semi rural atmosphere, yet close enough to the A27 and frequent bus services to be really convenient.
