" Our sellers are proud to be selling their two double bedroom, two storey terrace house situated in the popular Coombe Road district of BrightonDan always dreamed about living in Brighton from a young age, so at 22 he decided to buy and with a limited budget he thought he would have to settle on a flat until he came across Ladysmith Road.Having a ground floor shower room wasn't at first their ideal scenario, however, over the years its proved to be a huge hit with their family and friends when enjoying dinner parties or barbecues.Having two reception rooms on the ground floor was ideal, because when times got tough to help cover his mortgage he would rent out the dining room, which was never difficult, what tenant could resist a double room, separate lounge, unrestricted parking and a spacious rear garden.

When I first purchased the house seven years ago, I spent the first three months decorating, replacing the fireplace with a nice new modern electric one, replaced the grubby kitchen and also laid new flooring throughout the whole lounge.We love sitting out in the garden on the decking in the summer, being on a hill we really do get the sun most of the day and there is nothing better than watching the sun set with a glass of wine in hand.In our opinion the house is a blank canvass and could give the next owner the chance to put their stamp on it. They could knock through the lounge/diner to create an open plan feel and the loft like so many others could be converted.
