Set within the highly desirable catchment of Balfour Infants and Junior Schools as well as Varndean and Dorothy Stringer Secondary Schools, this four double bedroom Edwardian house is a re-furbished, extended and cherished family home.

It has a 31'4 kitchen/breakfast room with oak bi-fold doors opening to a beautifully landscaped rear garden, a 25'9 living/dining room, re-fitted bathroom, additional shower room and 20'9 loft conversion. The extension to the kitchen has a 'green roof' featuring flowering plants native to our beloved South Downs.

Our sellers tell us there are numerous reasons why they were attracted to this house and many more that have cemented their relationship with the area. "We moved from London and were initially attracted to this area because it is in the catchment for some great schools - our teenagers greatly enjoy being close to their friends and only a few minutes walk away from school. But since living here, we've grown to love the whole neighbourhood and our friendly neighbours. We've felt very much at home within a community which holds regular street parties. We love our distant sea views because it's always good to be reminded of our connection to the sea. Furthermore, it's peaceful and quiet enough to hear bird song in the garden. There's a very good variety of small, friendly shops at Fiveways which is just a flat walk away, at the end of our road. Fiveways is also well served by buses and we're only a mile away from Preston Park Station and a short drive to the sea, the Downs and the A23 and A27."
