Local shops are situated in Eldred Avenue and Mill Rise, with Asda Superstore in Crowhurst Road in Hollingbury. Bus services from Old London Road and London Road give access to city centre and Seafront. Withdean Stadium with its sports and recreational facilities is situated in Tongdean Lane. Westdene primary school is situated in Bankside, Patcham infants can be found in Highview Avenue South and Patcham junior and senior schools are in Ladies Mile Road/Warmdene Road. The property in our opinion is convenient for the Brighton-by-pass with access to the Universities and also for the A27 and A23 with access to London Gatwick.
