From our office in Southbourne Grove take the right hand turning into Grand Avenue. Take the first right into Pine Avenue and the first left into Southern Road. The subject property can be found after a short distance on the left hand side. 

This large detached property is set in a highly sought after location between local cliff tops and the popular Southbourne Grove with its wide range of shopping facilities, eateries and bus routes leading to both Bournemouth and Christchurch town centres.
