" A four bedroom detached house with a detached garage, ample of road parking and all within walking to distance to both Westbourne shopping parade and Alum Chine beach.....When thinking of Branksome Park as an area usually sophistication, style and the phrase "how much!" come to mind. In this case not for me, walking distance to Alum Chine beach and the kind of lifestyle that coming with the postcode were all I could think of when listing this grand residence. Branksome Park is an area that many aspire to, it's prestige association has come from years of the early 1900 properties being tastefully and carefully developed therefore keeping the real character and heritage of the area concealed within each development. With many local amenities that you may come to expect such as favourite coffee shops, boutiques and supermarkets all within walking distance, not to mention the choice of chine's on your doorstep, you're purchasing a lifestyle as well as a home. Sitting on the corner of Branksome Dene Road means you'll have a grand plot and position within the area. The main bonus to point out with the purchase is the existing planning permission and drawn plans for two extensions, creating a larger kitchen and a further reception room both on the ground floor.
