Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this property is well situated for anyone who requires easy access to Blackburn Town Centre, the Motorway Network, or someone who works at the New Royal Blackburn Hospital or on the Shadsworth Industrial Sites.

This nice semi-detached property will make some lucky people a lovely home. It's in excellent condition, requires hardly any maintenance or upkeep and is ready to move into.
