" Lovingly extended by the current owners is this three bedroom semi-detached bungalow set in a quiet cul de sac on the Bath side of Frome whilst being within walking distance of local amenities. Further benefits are gas central heating, triple glazing, low maintenance rear garden and a driveway for several vehicles. An internal viewing is highly recommended for this superb home!


A part glazed door leads through to the entrance hall, where there is a further door leading into the 17ft 'L' shaped living room which has a window to the front and features a log burner with log storage space under. From the inner hall there is access to the loft hatch and an airing cupboard with shelving. The stunning 25ft kitchen/dining room which has French doors leading out on to the fully enclosed rear garden. The kitchen area has a window to the side and comprises a range of high gloss wall and floor units with laminate rolled edge work surfaces over, inset ceramic one and a half sink and drainer. There is an integrated dishwasher and space for a free standing ‘Rangemaster’ style cooker with a cooker hood and light over. There is plumbing for an ‘American’ style fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Frome is an attractive market town & has a thriving town centre with many amenities, including a wide range of local and individual shops, a twice weekly market, banks, post office, two theatres, a number of music venues, a cinema, pubs and restaurants, a new local hospital, supermarkets, and a railway station with direct mainline services to London. There is a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and the usual facilities. There are a number of good private schools nearby including All Hallows Prep School and Downside. There are also many good state schools in Frome. Babington House the private members club is approximately 2 miles distant. Frome is located on the borders of Somerset and Wiltshire the surrounding countryside offers lots of lovely walks and opportunities for outdoor pursuits such as walking, horse riding and fishing. Nearby is the well renowned Longleat Estate and a number of national trust properties including Stourhead. The stunning Georgian city of Bath lies approximately 15 miles distant, which is home to elegant buildings, amazing museums and ancient hot springs, offering a wealth of cultural experiences to enjoy. There are good road links to London and the South West via the A303, M4 and M5. Mainline rail connections to London are also provided from Bath and nearby Westbury and Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away.
