Housesimple is pleased to present this 3 bedroom Terraced House in Bruton.    In a quiet position on the edge of a residential development within easy reach of Sexeys School and the town centre, it has been extended to provide a larger kitchen and living room, making a spacious family house.    It has all mains services, double glazing and gas central heating.      Redecorated 18 months ago, all fitted carpets, floor coverings and curtains are included. It also has a 3Kw solar panel assembly providing free electricity when the sun shines.  This assembly may be purchased seperately (as a chattel) for ยฃ4500 to provide an average additional income of approx. 13% per year.    Alternatively, a simple agreement may be drawn up whereby the vendor retains ownership and the purchasers still get the free electricity. There is a secluded paved garden area to the rear with a smaller shrub-filled garden at the front.   Please note: the garden area and pond beyond the footpath at the front is not included in the property.  However, it has been "adopted" by the previous owners over the years and is available to use.
