" INTRODUCTION A great house in a great spot - that just about sums up 7 Knightswood Close, a lovely 4 bedroom modern detached home, set just off Tamworth Road & ideally set for the town centre, rail station & the delights of Sutton Park. The house is a fab home for a young family or professional couple, benefiting from an enlarged kitchen which has been opened up in to the former garage area, creating a breakfast area & separate study.   GROUND FLOOR The property is entered via a canopy porch into the entry lobby, which had the stairs to the 1st floor. Sutton Coldfield is also well served with numerous gyms and sports clubs. \r \rWell respected schools for children of all ages can be found around the area, such as Bishop Vesey Grammar School. Birmingham Metropolitan College has a campus nearby to the property, next to Bishop Vesey Grammar School, approx. just over half a mile away from the property on Lichfield Road.
