The light and airy master bedroom has a private Juliette balcony, a walk-in dressing room and high spec en-suite bathroom. The living room is split level, with a beautiful glass picture window overlooking the leafy and secluded garden area. The owners have lovingly landscaped the garden space to make it ideal for entertaining, but there is also ample space for a new owner to really put their own stamp on it.

Crisp and contemporary in design, the kitchen has built-in appliances and space for a breakfast table, perfect for reading the paper on a lazy Sunday morning.
Located on a quiet pretty tree lined road in the popular Withdean area, considered to be an affluent suburb of Brighton. Commuters will love the easy access to the A23 and A27. For those travelling by rail you are within easy reach of Preston Park Station with its direct links to London.

From the road this property is quite modest, but as you step inside you can only then fully appreciate the spacious, luxury home on offer. Don’t miss out, book a viewing today!

What the Owner says:

We bought the property back in 2006 from new and were immediately drawn to the incredible space it offered. All the rooms are an amazing size and with three bathrooms (2 en-suites) it is ideal for family living. The views from the back of the property are stunning overlooking the city, South Downs and on a clear day the sea!

Since moving in we have invested further by landscaping the garden, and creating an outside dining area, which is perfect for socialising with friends and family. We have also converted the old garage into an office to provide space to comfortably work from home.
