SITUATION

DIRECTIONS
From Exeter and the M5 take the A30 in a westerly direction towards Okehampton. Just after Okehampton at Sourton Cross take the turning signposted A386 Hatherleigh, also signposted to Holsworthy. After taking this turning, turn right onto the A386 towards Hatherleigh, then at the mini roundabout turn left onto the A3079 towards Holsworthy. Proceed through Halwill Junction and turn left onto the A3072 signposted to Holsworthy. Just before reaching Holsworthy town centre turn right onto the A388 signposted to Bideford. Proceed into Holsworthy Beacon and shortly afterwards turn left signposted to Sutcombe and Bradworthy. Follow signs to Sutcombe and on the outskirts of the village and just over a small stone bridge turn right signposted to Upcott and Brendan (opposite a row of cottages). Proceed up the hill, past a farm on the left hand side and turn immediately right. Proceed past Hawkwell Farm on the right hand side. Continue round a right hand bend and then a left hand bend. Go past Matcott Cottage on the left hand side and Matcott Manor can be found immediately afterwards on the left.
